Marionette Puppetry


​Scheme: Create a marionette puppet based on a character from a movie directed by Tim Burton

Fifth year students
​

The marionette puppets were inspired by characters from Tim Burton movies. The puppets were created using fimo clay, acrylic paint, wire, hair, wood, string and fabric. Throughout the project students learned about the history of puppetry and where it is evident in a historical context and today.
