Special Education Needs - Case Study

An SEN case study conducted in Year one of the PME was based on a student in my 2nd Year class in Sligo Grammar School. The child in which the case study was based on was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome/ Autism/ Autistic Spectrum Disorder as well as
Dyspraxia, Dyslexia and Dyscalculia at nine years of age in 2001. The child has been in mainstream schooling from day one.
